How do I sign up with CCT? To sign up for your foundation lesson, you will need to fill out our intake form by clicking the “Contact Form” button below. Once we receive your information, we will contact you via text, email, or short phone call to set up our foundation lesson. Due to time constraints, we do not discuss potential cases until the Contact Form is received. We cannot give any training or behavior advice prior to working with you and your dog.
